Measure

Measure Part-A Resin to Part B Hardener by 2:1 Ratio, i.e., 2 parts of resin to 1 part of hardener, o a flat smooth surface.

Mix

Mix both parts together for a minimum of 3 minutes. Scrape the sides and bottom of the cup as you mix to ensure that Resin & Hardener are thoroughly mixed

Pour

After making sure your piece is level go ahead and pour Poxyflow rein over your work. Since it is self-levelling it will start to level on it’s own and you can spread it around into place. Let the resin run over the edges and then just use the brush to tidy up. You’ll notice that the bubbles will begin to rise to surface. Most of the bubbles will pop on their own, as our resin is specially formulated to do so. You may use a hot air gun over unpopped bubbles if required.

Allow curing

Poxyflow resin needs to be left untouched for several hours in a dust free space while it cures. In about 7-8 hours it will be tacky and you will be able to pour second coat if necessary. In 12 hours the resin will be dried to touch, and within 24 hours it will be 95% cured. And it will be cured fully within 48 hours.

Clean

Tools and surfaces can be cleaned with Isopropyl Alcohol 99% or a residue free cleaner. Do not use soap and water

WARNING

Harmful if swallowed. Always wear protective gloves, clothing, eye and face protection. Wash skin with warm water thoroughly after use. Work in a well-ventilated area. Avoid breathing fumes, dust vapours, gases or spray. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing.

CAUTION

When parts are mixed together in a large amount it can generate excessive heat, handle with caution.
