Poxyflow Rapido Fast Cure Epoxy Resin Kit 750g

USAGE :

MEASURE:
Measure part A Resin to part B Hardener by 2: 1 ratio ,i.e,2 parts of resin to 1 part of hardener,on a flat smooth surface.

MIX:Mix both parts together for a minimum of 3 minutes.Scrape the sides and bottom of the cup as you mix to ensure that Resin and Hardener are thoroughly mixed.

POUR: After making sure your piece is level go head and pour Poxyflow resin over your work. Since it is self-leveling it will start to level on it’s own and you can
spread it around into place. Let the resin run over the edges and then just use the brush to tidy it up.

You’ll notice that bubbles will begin to rise to the surface. Most of the bubbles will pop on their own, as our resin is specially formulated to do so. You may use a hot air gun over unpopped bubbles if required.

ALLOW TO CURE: Poxyflow Rapido resin needs to be left untouched for sometime in a dust free space while it cures.In about 2-3 hours it will be tacky and you will be able to pour second coat if necessary.In 8 hours the resin will be dried to touch, and within 12 hours it will be 95% cured. And it will be cured fully within 24 hours.

Clean: Tools and surfaces can be easily cleaned with Poxyflow Isopropyl Alcohol 99% Spray. Do not use soap and water.

Always wear protective gloves, clothing, eye and face Mask protection. Wash skin with warm water thoroughly after use. Work in a well ventilated area. Avoid breathing fumes, dust vapors, gasses or spray. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing.

CAUTION:  When parts are mixed together in a large amount it can generate excessive heat, handle with caution!
